Herberg, Het Wapen van Tilburg

You can find our small but cosy hostel right in the middle of the town center of Tilburg. We have two different types of rooms, our double or private rooms and our group rooms. The Herberg is suitable for comfortable stay at a good rate 1 or more nights. The hotel has free wireless internet on all rooms, a nice bar and a restaurant. We are situated in the neighborhood of Popcenter 013 (for concerts). You can reach theme parks like De Efteling and the Safari Park within 10 minutes by car or approximately 20 minutes by bus.

Room information

Our 2 double rooms are equipped with 2 single beds, colour TV with a remote control and a basin and a mirror. Our sanitary facilities consist of 3 showers and 2 toilets for our 7 rooms.

Food & Beverage

Every weekday we serve your breakfast from 7.00h untill 10.00h. In the weekend breakfast is served from 08.00h untill 10.00h. We are open for lunch every day from 11.30uur untill 16.00uur. At night you can enjoy your dinner between 17.00h and 21.30h.

Area information

Herberg Het Wapen van Tilburg is located on the Spoorlaan in the middle of the sparkling centre of Tilburg only 250 metres from the central station. In the direct area you will find the shopping and nightlife centre and several museums. A 10 minute ride with your car will take you to the family park "De Efteling", the Safaripark "De Beekse Bergen", "De Koningshoeven" (a beer brewery from the brand Trappisten) and the Loonse and Drunense Dunes. In short an ideal place for a visit to Tilburg!

Travel information

The easiest way to reach Het Wapen van Tilburg is with the train. You get out at "Tilburg Centraal Station." If you have your back towards the station, then you cross the street (Spoorlaan) and follow the road to the left. After 250 meters you will find the Herberg Het Wapen van Tilburg. We are located right next to the VVV (tourist information centre).

By car:
From Den Bosch - Utrecht - Eindhoven - Maastricht:
1- On the A58 you take the exit nr. 10 (Hilvarenbeek, Tilburg-Oost),
2- At the end of the exit you go right,
3- Continue going straight, pass 3 traffic lights,
4- At the 4th traffic light you go left (just before the railway),
5- You are now on the Spoorlaan,
6- Stay on the Spoorlaan, after the third traffic light you will find a parking lot on the right hand side after 150m.
Herberg Het Wapen van Tilburg is located across from this parking lot right next to the VVV.

From Breda - Roosendaal - Rotterdam:
- On the A58 you take the exit nr. 10 (Hilvarenbeek - Tilburg),
- At the end of this exit you go to left towards Tilburg
- Then you follow the above directions from point 3 onwards.

Parking:
The reception can inform you about free parking facilities (upon availability). You can also park your car in front of the hotel for about EUR 1.50 per hour.

General

Children and extra beds
All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.

Parking
Free Public parking is possible at a location nearby.

Pets
Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation
If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Internet
Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Prepay Policy
No deposit will be charged.
