Retaining the charm and elegance of Edwardian times, this impressive 19th century guesthouse, situated on the water's edge of Morcambe Bay, offers expansive sea views. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV and hospitality tray. Enjoy breakfast with sea views out towards Piel Island. There is a pleasant, cosy TV room adjacent to the dining room complete with a log burner. The tower room is a landmark on Roa Island, where you can spend some quiet time enjoying the spectacular views over the bay.

Roa Island House is situated on this tiny peninsula in the lake district, 3 miles from Barrow in Furness and 12 miles from Ulverston. Within 45 minutes, travelling the beautiful Coast Road, you will find yourself amid the glorious Lake District.

Do not go to Roa Island Hotel as some guests do. This has been closed for 10 years.

Roa Island Guest House has a ground floor twin room for disabled guests with access to a shower room with special facilities.
