Welcome to the City Lodging Apartments - the best accommodation for your stay in Berlin! We have two apartment buildings located in the "scene" of Berlin-Schoeneberg, Winterfeldtstrasse, approx. 700 metres apart from each other. Do you want to meet the Federal Chancellor? Or do you rather like to go for a coffee to one of the it-spots in town? Do you like to overview the city from one of the tall buildings on Potsdam Square? Or just go for a shopping tour to the famous KaDeWe? Centrally located, you can easily reach all famous sights. Berlin is always worth visiting! We are looking forward to welcome you!

Dear visitor,
City Lodging Apartments are two small apartment buildings (Winterfeldtstrasse 72 and Winterfeldtstrasse 11), offering individual and comfortable accommodation in Berlin Schoeneberg.
Unfortunately, we do not have a reception desk! Therefore, we are not constantly present. Please inform us about your approximate time of arrival via email or telephone.
Payment due on the day of arrival in cash only. The credit card details are just a booking guarantee and can not be used for the payment.

Equipment of the apartments, ca. 30 sqm for 1-3 people:
1 large double bed 180 x 200 (extra bed possible), new bathroom with shower, pantry kitchen, cable television, CD player.

Linen available. Please bring your own towels!

Area information

Location: central, close to the train station "Bahnhof Zoologischer Garten". Only 10 minutes to the famous department store KaDeWe and only 4 subway stops to Potsdam Square. Numerous restaurants, pubs and cafés directly in the neighbourhood. Lively city centre but yet very quiet!

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Children and extra beds
All children are welcome.
All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Cancellation
If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Prepay Policy
No deposit will be charged.

Parking
Free private parking is possible on site.
