Our recently constructed apartments are within walking distance of the historic city centre and offer excellent transport links to popular attractions and the city's surroundings. You will certainly appreciate the calmness of our comfortably furnished apartments, only a few minutes away on foot from Wenceslas Square. The museum district, the train station and metro stops are within easy reach, but we also offer an airport shuttle and car rental. The surrounding area boasts many bars and restaurants serving international cuisine and traditional Czech dishes. You can benefit from all the independence of apartment living with the facilities of a hotel, so you can explore Prague at your leisure. The bright, colourful and contemporary accommodation offers general conveniences and a fully-equipped kitchen. Our typical and traditional residence is the modern alternative to a hotel.

Hotel information

Namesti Republiky (Republic Square) and Vaclavske Namesti (Wenceslas Square) are a short distance away. The customer care offices are located in the same building and are open from 06:00 to 21:00.
Please inform us in advance about about your arrival time.

A shuttle service is available at an additional cost and must be booked in advance. For arrivals during the night, there is a shuttle service with a private minivan. Please contact the hotel directly for information regarding the shuttle service.

Extra apartment cleaning is available at an additional cost.

Room information

The recently renovated apartments range from 55 to 65 m² in size and are located close to city centre.

The apartments can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. They consist of an anteroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a large bathroom, a table for 6 people, a bright living room with 1or 2 double sofa beds and a satellite TV.

Sheets, towels, toiletries and an automatic coffee machine for espresso, coffee, cappuccino and tea are provided among other amenities.

A folder containing useful information about the city and important telephone numbers is provided as well.

Food & Beverage

Restaurants and bars close to the palace are open for lunch and dinner. They serve international cuisine but also Czech specialities.

Area information

We are situated in a quiet area, rich in bars, restaurants and public amenities. Behind the palace you will find a famous castle with a large exhibition of pictures and a wonderful Italian-style garden.

Wenceslas Square – less than 1 km:
Within walking distance, this famous landmark is less a square than a boulevard, featuring a range of shops and a large choice of bars and cafes.

Riegrovy Park – 300 metres:
Stroll through this park and enjoy some excellent views of the city.

Travel information

Oikes Apartments offer a pick-up service from the airport, the station or the motorway to their office and to the apartments at an additional cost. This service must be booked in advance. You can reserve your return journey when you arrive at the Oikes office in Prague.

The office is located on 25, Vlkova street.

For arrivals on the 31st of December, the total amount will be charged by the hotel when you confirm.

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Children and extra beds
All children are welcome.
All children from 0 to 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children from 2 to 10 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 6.

Cancellation
If cancelled up to 40 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Internet
No internet access available.

Prepay Policy
100 percent of the first night will be charged at least 40 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

Parking
Private parking is possible at a location nearby and costs EUR 10.00 per day.
