Hollmann Beletage has a simple basic idea which it does share with many others but which is actually implemented in very few cases: “Every guest should feel at home at our hotel!”. How will this promise be kept? There are some essential conditions, starting with the size of the hotel: 16 spacious to very spacious rooms in a neat, noble house that was built in the 19th century in the heart of Vienna’s old town individually accommodates a maximum of 32 guests.

The new spa-separée enables guests to withdraw from the city life.

Embedded in an ancient past Hollmann Beletage offers fine design furniture of high quality, a small library with selected books and CDs, a living-room (not lobby!) with open fireplace, a piano and living-room suites where you can dip into books, chat or just have a cup of coffee.

Travel information

Public Transport: Located 2 min from Subway Station SCHWEDENPLATZ (Lines U4 and U1) or 3 min from Subway Station STEPHANSPLATZ (Lines U1 and U3).
CAR: Any direction you come from you have to get to the „Ring“, which is a big street surrounding the first district.
You drive along the Ring until “Franz-Josefs-Kai”, keep right and at the first lights turn right – to Salztorgasse.
You drive along the Salztorgasse until you reach Hohen Markt, then turn left, drive straight away until Rotenturmstrasse where you turn left again.
At Fleischmarkt turn right and first street right – there you are Köllnerhofgasse 6.
Hollmann-Beletage is located in the first house on the left hand side.

Please pay attention - the first district is a controlled parking zone. Please use the garage at Franz Josefs-Kai.
That’s how you get there: Köllnerhofgasse – turn right – go until Laurenzerberg – take Laurenzerberg – cross the bridge – right after the bridge turn left – go until Salztorbrücke (which is another bridge) – cross Salzorbrücke – turn left right after the bridge – the garage’s entrance is next to the gasoline station BP.
You can buy tickets for the garage from the reception (you’ll need them as soon as you want to leave the garage by car again) – at € 23.- (24hrs-ticket) instead of € 40.- (if you by the ticket directly from the garage).

Pets are allowed. No extra charges.

Children and extra beds
All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Cancellation
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Internet
Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.


When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Prepay Policy
10 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Private parking is possible at a location nearby and costs EUR 23.00 per day.
