The hotel is located on the Mariahilferstrasse, the oldest and longest shopping street in Vienna, with immediate access to the underground system (the U3 Neubaugasse line station, Stiftgasse entrance/exit, is 30 metres away). You can reach any point in the city quickly and easily from the hotel. It is a 10 minute walk to the Museum of Fine Arts, the Hofburg and 10 more minutes to St Steven's Cathedral. In the morning from 07:00 to 10:00, you are invited to join our breakfast buffet.

From the airport (19 km from Vienna City Centre):
- S-Bahn railway (S7) to the Air Terminal Landstrasse/Wien Mitte (32 minutes journey time, trains leave every half an hour. Then take U-3, in the direction of Ottakring, for the 5th stop, Neubaugasse.

CAT (City Airport Train):
- From the airport in the direct of "Wien Mitte" (Vienna City Centre).
- Non-stop in only 16 minutes.
- Every half an hour.

By bus:
- To and from West- and Südbahnhof (railway station), and to Vienna City Centre.

- From West Railway Station, take U-3, in the direction of Erdberg, for the 2nd stop, Neubaugasse
